The 13^th International Automatic Control Conference (CACS 2019) will be held at Evergreen Laurel Hotel, Keelung, Taiwan during November 13-16, 2019.

This event will provide a great opportunity for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present the latest design concepts, research results, developments, and applications, as well as to facilitate interactions between scholars and practitioners. Submission of papers with new research results in all aspects of control and automation are encouraged. To broaden the scope and promote participations, organized sessions will also be welcome and incorporated into the CACS 2019 program. Best paper awards will be given to those with outstanding achievements. All accepted full papers will be included in IEEE Xplore and EI indexed. About 25% papers will be recommended for publication in SCI(E) indexed journals.

The CACS 2019 accepts two types of manuscripts: regular paper, and one-page presentation-only paper. Papers submitted should be written in English. Final manuscript is limited to six pages, additional pages will be subject to the extra-page charge.

The 8^th IEEE International Conference on Innovation, Communication and Engineering 2019 (IEEE ICICE 2019) are organized by IEEE Tainan Section Sensors Council (IEEE TSSC) and Taiwanese Institute of Knowledge Innovation (TIKI), and will be held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China on October 25~30, 2019. It will provide a unified communication platform for researchers with a wide range of topics, such as information technology, innovation design, communication science & engineering, industrial design, creative design, applied mathematics, computer science, design theory, cultural & creative research, electrical & electronic engineering, mechanical & automation engineering, green technology & architecture engineering, material science and other related fields. Professionals from industry, academia and government are encouraged to discourse on research and development. Professional practice, business and management in the information, innovation, communication and engineering fields are welcome to participate in IEEE ICICE 2019. This conference enables interdisciplinary collaboration of science and engineering technologists in the academic and industrial fields, as well as networking internationally. During the conference, there will be substantial time for presentation and discussion. Attendants will find various activities useful in bringing together a diverse group of engineers and technologists across the disciplines for the generation of new ideas, collaboration potential and business opportunities.

Selected papers will be submitted in the proceedings of IEEE ICICE 2019 (IEEE Xplore®, indexing by EI). Excellent papers selected from IEEE ICICE 2019 will be recommended to be published on suitable 10 different SCI or SSCI journals after an additional review process and may need extra publication charge.
